Printo AI is a mobile application that allows users to generate 3D models using artificial intelligence. The Service may include free and paid features, which are subject to change at our discretion.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the 3D models you generate using the Service. However, Printo AI retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology. You grant Printo AI a non-exclusive license to use generated content for the purpose of improving the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
